1.	Privilege Card must be presented at time of purchase in order to enjoy benefits.
2.	Different Privilege Cards may not be consolidated into one card.
3.	Ownership rights of the Privilege Card may not be transferred.
4.	Use of Privilege Card is non-transferable.
5.	Privilege Card may not be kept in the business location of PCD Stores.
6.	Cardholders must be 18 years of age or older.
7.	With certain exceptions, cardholders are entitled to 10% discount (Gold Privilege Card) and 15% discount (Platinum Privilege Card) for non-discount items.
8.	For benefits extended from business partners, cardholders should refer to the contents of the PCD Stores VIP Manual.
9.	Cardholders should take notice of the expiry date of the card.
10.	Gold and Platinum Privilege Cards are valid for two years from date of issue or date of renewal.
11.	A Gold or Platinum Privilege Card and its related purchases or points will be revoked if the card is used in violation of the rules and regulations of the PCD Stores Privilege Club.

Additional Policies for Supplemental Platinum Card

1.	Purchase amount and accumulated points are recorded into the main card.
2.	Supplemental card will have the same expiration date as the main card.
3.	Corresponding membership rights will be revoked if used in violation of the rules and regulations of the membership card: * If the main card is in violation, the supplemental card will lose the corresponding membership rights; and * If the supplemental card is in violation, the accumulated purchases and points of its main card will be cancelled.
